In 2008 Macforum opened their new flagship store on Östra Hamngatan 16. It was going to be the biggest APR store in the world, and still is. Together with the move to a new location, I was asked to design and develop their new website. I took help from Johan Grettve at Nodestar to integrate & build everything on a WordPress publishing platform.

The first step of the project was to integrate their existing Filemaker system onto the site. Most important was to have their stock status showing live on the site by using red, yellow and green lights. No online shopping was going to be available, instead the sites main objective was to attract the potential customers to the stores for a personal shopping experience. Another key element was to offer their customers an online repair & service assistant, where they can check their repair status at any time.
